This is a real hero. Jeopardized his career to save his nephew.

Great story. He needs to be called to the White House and be recognized for his heroic, selfless act.

Awesome story! I'm a fan. Will be following USC closely this year.

I always hated USC just because they always beat everybody 70-0. I felt guilty feeling that way because I had a great uncle that played for them way back in the 30's but with that and now this I have to be a trojan fan too. And of course this is always a plus:

Looks like the story may end up being fake.

What an idiot if it turns out to be false, which that must of been a pretty detailed phone call to make the coach publicly come out and say they are "vetting" everything to find out the truth.
If it ends out being he was drunk and jumped off a 2nd floor balcony trying to get in a pool instead or something... Gonna be heard to call him the stand up Captain of the team anymore.

There's not much that you could tell me to change that fact... unless there's some serious tuckage going on.

Or she smokes.

Not a problem. At least when she looks like that.

Shit, it'd be in his best interest if it was a dumb stunt given the rumors out there now about domestic violence and running from the lapd.

Nice call. Just heard report on foxnews that he may have been injured in a robbery nearby, not from saving his drowning nephew. I shared this story with friends yesterday and now feel like an idiot. If true what a classless asshat.

That's ridiculous. USC players have never had trouble with the law.
