OT - Getting out of my lease - Buying a House

If anyone read my post last week you would know that I was robbed at my current rental house. I walked in while these asshats were robbing me in the middle of the day. My wife and I have given it a couple of days and we still do not feel comfortable living in this house with our 1 year old. Any suggestions on how to get out of the lease.

Any lawyers in the house? But seriously, look over the lease agreement word for word. If you have any attorney/law friends, talk to them and have them look over it with you. Usually, though, most leases are pretty much impossible to get out of unless you can find someone to sublet.
