I've had it in my left elbow from pressing too much. Basically, you have to lay off of it in order for it to heal, but most of the time, it isn't debilitating enough to keep you from doing something. It's more of a nagging pain. Especially in 18-22 year olds.

Also, you can usually pin point where it actually is and wrap/tape it well enough that you won't notice it during activity. You will notice it after the wrap/tape is removed though.. lol

It's really simple actually. Lay off of it (he should have had a few weeks off from any kind of physical activity past walking), work back into your routine slowly over about 6 weeks.

It doesn't take an SEC medical staff to figure it out. I'm sure this is what they had him do at some point in the off season. He just sounds like someone who doesn't want to get seriously hurt. Mental case with the possibility of making millions

I would put money on it being a mental thing if he's been dealing with it for a long time. Sometimes the injury is healed but you feel something that could be that old injury and it sticks in your mind the rest of the day/week/season. The best thing for that is to set some goals for a week and meet those goals. Prove to yourself that you can still get it done.

I could be wrong but I doubt it. Surely, the TSUN staff wasn't stupid enough to not let him have a good month off from any football related activity other than film study but then again this is TSUN... the program (I should say fans but still) that thinks our players are on steroids because we are bigger than they are

This is probably more cut and dry than we are making it. Tunsil had a vested interest in Georgia. Olemiss made him and his family an offer he couldn't refuse at the 11th hour and he took it. He has been talked about as a top of the first round draft choice since he got to campus. His payments have been made and if they haven't been made in full, they can't cut back payments based on time on the field.

If he doesn't have much love for olemiss, then he is going to take it easy at the first sign of pain. Also, olemiss isn't exactly bubbling over with OT's. He is the super hot chick with the ugly, not so cool boyfriend and he knows it. He is riding it out until next season.
