Last I saw it looked like they were just picking stuff up from the top of the scoreboard. Nothing was moving up there. Stricklin said that he still isn't sure what he wants to put on the back. Said "the creative wheels are turning".

Yesterday they were spelling out "mississippi state" along the top of the scoreboard with big letters. They could be finishing that up

Looks like the crane is going down. I checked a couple of times and it looked to be retracting, not just turning or anything.
