Tailgate/Homegate Menu for USM

We're getting close to football so... What are yall's ideas for the tailgate/homegate for week 1?

Both parents and my sister went to USM, so I've got them coming up to tailgate. My dad mentioned bring the smoker and doing a boston butt. Other than that, I have no idea yet. We certainly won't have to worry about a shortage of food for this game. Can't wait.

shrimp wrapped in bacon and stuffed with jalepeno cream cheese. maybe some veggies too.

Probably do some chicken and baste it / serve it with Carolina-style BBQ sauce. It's as close to a mustard buzzard that I care to get.

I like Sticky Fingers' Carolina style sauce, but Cattleman's is a brighter yellow. That'll be the big question; What sauce to use.

I would have been there already and tailgating @ DWS if the wife hadn't gone down with a ruptured appendix ... 2 emergency surgeries in 3 weeks kinda slowed things down
