Per twitter he was in a bad motorcycle wreck Sunday night and is in ICU in critical condition.

Indeed. Could have, and probably should have, been a whole lot worse. Although I imagine he's facing a pretty grueling recovery with that many broken bones in his leg and hip. Still, much better than the alternative of internal injuries and/or head trauma.
