I have Comcast - and the channel is the same as the old CSS (400), but my tv isn't even showing that as an option. I guess later this afternoon/evening it will be up. I too don't want to miss the launch later today.

Try turning your box off, waiting 30 seconds and turning it back on. Directv does automatic, over-there-air updates but this might help if they've already pushed the update. And yes, it's going to be on channel 611, but they will be showing it on multiple channels if there is more than one game lined up.

I haven't looked for channel 611 on Direct yet, but I just logged in online and set the first show to record. Guess we will see how it goes.

I thought SEC Network would be available in basic packages. Just learned you have to be CHOICE or better for DirectTV. NOT Happy, but guess I'll have to break down and pay $10 more a month for it.

I live in CO, but on my TV guide looks like at 7pm MST there is an SEC Storied coming on featuring celebrities from all 14 schools talking about their experiences. Heard Paps was our representative.

FYI I have Comcast. Channel 706.
