Players we don't hear much about

We all feel consternation about the offensive line, but part of that is because we don't hear much about the younger guys. We hear good things about Jamaal Clayborn and to some extent Justin Senior, but not the others. If they are doing well we have depth for the future. If not, we have trouble coming down the line.

Does anyone know how the following are doing?
Cole Carter
Devon Desper
Kent Flowers
Jake Thomas

My personal opinion is that flowers will be a stud. As for the rest, I am hopeful that all 3 can carve out a Dillon Day type career.

Hevesy has said in several interviews over the past week that Cole Carter had a very good offseason. Devon Desper is running #2 at RG which is a great sign.

Cole Carter had a great spring and actually moved ahead of Justin Senior by the end of spring. Desper progressing at guard but struggling some at center. Thomas looked horrific last August but looked tons better by December. Someone else can give you better info on Flowers.
