I would be interested to know which college football programs "flip" the most recruits. Logic says that flipping recruits should be fairly consistent across all schools, as a coach trying to sell a program can only do so much, and since the coach didn't land the player's first commitment, we we would have to assume that the "flipping" school didn't begin the recruiting process with the upper hand or is terribly slow to evaluate players. There are also extenuating, legitimate circumstances as to why a recruit may flip, but I would think those type of flips, overtime, would be fairly equal among schools at the similar levels of competition.

I realize that this study may be difficult execute, but I think it would be intriguing nonetheless to see if there are any schools that are outliers from the norm. Maybe we could just start with the SEC since we all compete on the same level.

Say the average SEC school flips 2 recruits a year. What if a school flips 5 or 6 recruits a year?

What would that tell us?
