NCAA enforcement responds to Big12 commish calling them out for not doing anything

He cited a couple of excuses as to why they have not been doing anything making it appear that you can do anything and get away with it unless your compliance director has the initials BB. Then he dropped this little nugget:

"I've been assured and encouraged that there's a lot in the pipeline and the thing is kind of ramping back up again and the new system is going to get engaged and functioning."
