Already busy at work. Heading down to the coast this afternoon with plans of fishing but the weather is looking ugly.

Deer sausage and Chipotle/Jalape?o glazed chicken on the grill. Guinness foreign extra stout is guiding me in the process. First time I've had it and it's surprisingly good.

This stuff is from Louisville, MS. Pretty good from my finger taste out of the bottle.

I love me some 420. Happy to hear it's coming to MS.

Miller lite at the condo. There is some fire ball paying around too.

El Dorado 12, neat. Damn fine rum on a damn fine night.

I got some home brews in the fridge, to go along with a few Red Stripes and Rolling Rocks. On the shelf I've got a half fifth of Lagavulin I've been workin' on.

Food-wise, I've got fresh dough aging in the fridge for french bread I'll bake Sunday, which I'll use for Vietnamese Banh mi sandwhiches: fresh cilantro, jalapeno, cucumber, roast pork, and daikon-carrot pickle. #ballin'

Have you ever had Oronoco? It's a great white rum.

Also, Cacha?a, which isn't exactly rum, but is made in Brazil and is comparable in production to many white rums (made solely from sugar cane), but is much smokier, almost similar to good tequila in profile; I highly recommend it if you get the chance.

I have been working on a few Four Roses small batch this afternoon and just got started on a pot of spaghetti. Wanted to grill a pork bomb but with this rain I decided to keep my cooking indoors.

Last night took some grouper to friends. Did your basic grilled fish tacos. Charbay Tahitian vanilla bean rum, splash of grenadine for color, sprite. It's basically a red cream soda.

With this chilly weather (70) and such a great BDC gonna celebrate with a cowboy ribeye, spaghetti squash with fresh veggies sauteed, grilled sweet corn on the cob. A couple of big ass red wines to go with.

Looks like y'all got a little window at least. Y'all catch those sitting over oysters?

That's one of the better drink recipes I've seen in some time. Will try

I want some of that Lagavulin. Just finished off a bottle of Lauproaug (sp?) not long ago.
