Seriously, you must be on the road a ton because it seems like you've made several comments like this. I won't tell you not to text/post and drive, but I will tell you if you are ever in a wreck, a good opposing attorney is going to subpoena your phone cellular phone bill/records, and you are going to be screwed if it shows you on the internet at all, much less typing in posts. And if you are on a company phone, and have a wreck while on company time, they may check your records. Texting while driving is a fireable offense at many places.

But back to the OP, I agree. If Dan can get a marquee win this year, which he really has a great chance to, then I think he will stop the talk about any hot/warm/whatever seats. I think thats the only thing holding him back as a coach as far as a national scale goes.

What gets interesting is if we go 9-3 and beat Ole Miss in Oxford. While that will be a great season, will the naysayers still be out saying we haven't won a big game? This assumes Ole Miss' record is like 7-5 or something, thus not being a 'big win'. Obviously our fans will still be happy I would think in that situation.
