But the really funny thing is, if I'm not mistaken you kind of agreed with me in that thread because of Lynn's massive run support last year. And on top of that, that post was made about two days after Lynn was being an asshole and showing up his teammates on the field- most notably Matt Carpenter- and the Cardinals had to address the matter in a press conference.

Maholm is a ground ball pitcher so I don't really see how comparing K rates determines who is the better pitcher.

It's him picking out stats to make whatever he is arguing about look in his favor. Whether it's relevant or not be damned. I don't see how anyone can think he really knows the game of baseball. He can read and regurgitate stats in an argument well...until they are proven irrelevant to the argument and he childishly withdraws from the real conversation.

1. Its a HUGE difference in rates

2. K's are very good for pitchers.

3. Their HUGE FIP difference does show who is by far the better pitcher

THERE IS NO ANTI-WILL OPINION. Some people agree with you, some don't. Some agree with Todd/Engine, some don't. That is not any kind of agenda.
