We have offered Bates & I'd go so far as to say we are the favorite. Most assumed he was LSU bound but they slow played him & now he's not even sure if he will camp there. They're trying to sell him on playing TE but he wants to be a DE & that's what everybody else is recruiting him as. He'll be back for Big Dawg in a couple of weeks & he's talked about committing in September. Definitely 1 to watch in the next couple of months.
