Ribeyes and sea scallops, bud light lime to wash it down. I know it's been asked, how do I post a direct pic. Thanks

Nutty buddy at 5am and fished for 2 hours. Did get 1 nice black drum but nothing great. The next 2 days, it's on

How's the wind down there? Heard a few good reports from Cat recently, but I have not been out in a while. Good luck.

It's not bad. There's some wind today. We sat today out as far as going out because of a few other factors (4th boat traffic & little tidal movement). Conditions get a little better the next 2 days so we'll get out. I went back to my spot in the bay were I can fish from shore and it always produces something. We're just gonna 4th it up at the pool and beach the rest of the day. I'll post a report.

I got some spares at the store on sale for 1.78 / lb.. gonna cook them sometime this weekend... Spent Wednesday from about 5pm to 5am at the Silverstar.. came home yesterday broke..
:-( but I had a bunch of cranberry juice and cap'n morgans... actually won some, but played it all out. I guess it evens out from the good win we had last time. We go about every six months and take a set amount and go for it. Free rooms and usually free food with flex credits, and drinks....

Nothing wrong with that. Used to drive to the SilverStar all the time when I was at State. Now that we live back on the coast, we almost never go to the casinos. I did go check out the Golden Nugget the other night after dinner and walked out $100 richer. Now, I should probably never go back there.

ok Ennis ..... it's on the grill. I added a touch of garlic salt just out of curiosity ... I know it sounds simple but I'm keeping my fingers crossed because I could screw up a game plan against Alcorn state

Friday I smoked a prime rib, with creamed spinach and roasted veg for sides. Yesterday we went out for dinner. Tonight we had quinoa with a bunch of veg from our garden, and some homemade naan bread. Delish'

Quinoa is one of my faves. Better than rice or potatoes IMO

I like it a lot too.

It was actually the first time I'd cooked it at home; really simple.
