Well...here's the finished product. Grilled chicken with blackened seasoning that I cooked on my cypress grill. I also put a vidallia onion and some bell peppers on at the same time. I cooked some penne pasta and tossed it with spinach and baby greens in a red wine vinergrette. I added the sliced bell pepper and onion on top and sliced the chicken into strips to top it off. Crumbles of asiago cheese were added to finalize the meal. 584

Awesome...if you're an IPA fan. I first tried it at a beer dinner and I've been drinking it ever sense.
