Grilling some onions, squash, zucchini, pineapple, red and orange bell peppers in the basket and cod in the foil. Once it's cooked a little more I'll take it inside and add a few boiled shrimp and my grilled fish and veggies on a bed of tortilla chips. I'm then planning on drizzling some white queso all over the top once completed. Anyone else got a random nacho recipe?578

You know that feeling of creating a new meal from scratch and it actually works out to be a good idea? Well, I got that tonight. Not trying to bs, but this is one of the best nacho dishes I've ever had.

And for the night cap...homemade chocolate chip cookies and a crownie. If you've never experienced a crownie, you're missing out. It's a chocolate chip cookie topped with Reese's peanut butter cup topped with a brownie. 580

I will try that. and then I will dip it in pancake batter, freeze it, and deep fry it and try it again.
