Damn it man, tell me more about these papa fajitas. That sounds amazing. Did you make up the recipe or did you acquire it somewhere?

I'm seriously considering trying a homemade pizza tonight on my new Cypress grill. Anyone with a ceramic ever done this before?

Leftovers for dinner. Redfish from lunch on wheat bread with Asian coleslaw. Chopped up some taters and made some home fries. Dusted them with some old bay.

I'm not a bourbon connoisseur, per se, but, the Four Roses Small Batch is a very tasty adult beverage. Tried it for the first time after sampling the yellow label class A spirit. And the yellow label is no slouch.

blackened grouper on a cheese grit cake and greens Friday night at Red Bar. Was pretty good. Had Grouper Florentine at the back porch in Destin last week too. Very good. my favorite meal the week we were down there.

It turned out pretty dang good. We grilled some pineapple when I took the meat off and it was amazing! Only thing that would have made it better was if we could've held on to the lead against Portugal, damn that was deflating.

Not technically the weekend, but fried up some shrimp I picked up at the harbor and threw onto some fresh Gambino's bakery French Bread for a dressed and pressed homemade poboy.
