Reading about how Virginia's baseball program was on the verge of being admonished to a club sport not funded by the A. D. just after 2000! Weren't doing shit and losing money like crazy with zero facilities. Enter Grisham and his bankroll shortly thereafter and 10 years later they have become a premier program. Build it and they will come! And not to mention they landed a pretty good coach.

Just one of many bad decisions made by MSU over the years.

- Splitting into 2 major universities in a small poor state
- Locating in North MS instead of Meridian or closer the Coast ie money
- Keeping Jackie a year too long, and ending up with Croom
- Polk II
- Alienating one of our most famous alumni

F*ck it, let's just kick Thad out while we are at it. If Ole Miss wins this title we may just fold.

The Grisham fiasco was the dumbest decision we ever made with regard to the baseball program. We probably would not even be discussing a new facility because it would already be in use.

Yeah my point was two fold with us pissing off Grisham and how his money rescued VA! I would have been fine playing at Polk-Dement-Grisham Stadium!!
