Teams nationally who have seen a revenue increase > 100%(their increase in coaching pay percentage):
Alabama - 101%(126%)
Arkansas - 111%(100%)
Oregon - 137%(220%)
Louisville - 113%(119%)
West Virginia - 139%(146%)
MSU - 174%(83%)
UNLV - 139%(148%)
Cincinnati - 131%(92%)
Air Force - 187%(153%)
South Florida - 112%(118%)
Boise St - 157%(102%)
So, despite paying Mullen big bucks -- and seeing some of the greatest revenue increases in all the country in the past 5 years -- our assistants are STILL getting screwed. It's past time to fix this -- and had we done it in advance, we probably could have held onto several of these hotshots we've lost over the Mullen years. Time to get with the program on this -- it's literally the last hold-over from the previous regime.
