So far today Vandy got out to a huge 10-0 lead and then held on to an 11-6 win despite first round pick Beede giving up 6 runs.

Vandy up 1-0 vs Stanford.

Texas got out to an early 2-0 lead on a Mark Payton HR which also extended his consecutive on base streak to 100 straight games which is just insane. He got drafted in the 7th round by the Yankees. Texas held on to beat Houston 4-2.

I want to see ULL away from their home field and on natural grass. If they dominate in Omaha the way they have all season....it may be one of the most complete teams ever....especially offensively.

I've never seen a team do so many things well. They are aggressive while rarely swinging at bad pitches....they play small ball well, are fast and CAN run the bases well,and they can also hit for power. I don't think they have a very dominant pitching staff at all,and if anything ends up being their downfall it will likely be their pitching. They have been a very good all around defensive team too.

I was skeptical of them before our Regional....but now that I've seen them play 5-6 games, it's no fluke or hot streak. These dudes can flat out get it done, at home. Can they do the same in Omaha if they make it?
