He's no different than any other person who works for that company. They all do that shit. And once they all know for sure where the kid is going, they go in and change it so their percentages look better. If they want to be the experts they claim to be, stop changing shit and only get one crack at it.

Each one runs their site. Not 100% certain on all the logistics, but they are responsible for posting, content, etc. I think they get a salary, plus a percentage of membership sales. Paul could answer that better than me. It's been explained to me before, but I can't remember what all it entails.
