Well, I told bully99 that I'd bookmark his 10-12 SEC wins prediction, and that we'd revisit it at the end of the season. I'm really not the type to bookmark posts and say "I told you so," but when you make as many completely bullshit posts as he does, your ass deserves to be called out. Luckily I don't think he posts here anymore- hopefully he got banned.

And here's a gem from berr6728 after the Friday night Tennessee game (page 15, post #298) where he says that this is "the most pathetic season I have ever folowred (WTF?) in the 54 years of MSU baseball." He then vows that he will never come back to Dudy Noble Field as long as Cohen is our head coach. LOL. I guess we won't be seeing him at games anytime soon.

Will be great if we can win the SEC tournament. I think next year as well we will be tough to deal with especially if Rea comes back for his senior season. Our pitching should still be really good especially the starters. I know Lindgren is going to go and if he gives us a great run this post season I am definitely okay with that. I hope we get Woodruff back for his senior season and he can have a Strattonesque season to solidify our Friday slot. I think our pitching will be extremely solid and we will have a very potent lineup next year. I think next year we should have a Super Regional hosting type record. This year if we win the SEC tournament and make a Super I would consider it a pretty successful season after a national championship series appearance.

I think if we can average 3-4 runs a game this post season we could go a long long way and possibly could make it to Omaha for back to back trips. The experience and talent are there. I just hope Cohen will finally put the experienced guys out there for said run. I wouldn't mind bumping Bradford to lead off and putting Detz at DH but keeping Rea hitting fifth. Both Bradford and Heck are comfortable leading off. But please no more Vickerson at DH!
