I'm assuming that we will just Johnny Whole Staff it. It's a game that we cannot afford to blow.

Good damn question. Could let them all go an inning

Fitts, Cox, Gentry, the underachieving Mitchell?

Todd will have your answer.

I'd start fitts.

I say we use Fitts Ross Gentry. Pitch till you get shelled then next man up.

We could almost start Lindy. Im not sure if his side session is usually tuesday or wednesday. But he only threw about 25 pitches. Throw him a couple . Get some confidence back. Move on to next in line..

Fitts, then Cox, then whoever

I'd start fitts.

This is what I would do as well. Evan and maybe even Will Cox are also possible.

This is an interesting idea. IF we did it, and I don't think we will, we could start Bracewell on Saturday.

Tues.- Lindgren

Thurs.- Pollo
Fri.- Graveman
Sat.- Bracewell

I wish it would rain. The ONLY redeeming quality the Tuesday game possesses is that it could push us one win closer to 40 on the regular season. Not that 40 wins is that big of a deal, but it would be nice. I am a little perplexed as to why we would even schedule a midweek game the last week of the regular season with a crucial SEC game on Thursday. Whatever, it is on the schedule and if Oral Roberts shows up, we HAVE to win it regardless of what we have to do or who we have to pitch. Overall, this is a precarious situation to have to deal with. UM has to deal with the same situation. They have USM. Glad we are not in their shoes.

Is John Marc Shelly hurt? He's only pitched 7.1 but hasn't given up an earned run. Preston Brown would be another possibility.

I might consider throwing Ross to see how he does starting a game. With the SEC Tournament coming up, we're going to need at least five guys to win it.

No. He just hasn't been on the SEC roster.

Dont like this. BB should be our long relief guy like Ross used to. Id honestly just go with arms that are expendable for the weekend. Shelly Fitts Brown Gentry Ross

Bracewell does not need to be a starter. We have the luxury of having a Ross Mitchell(L) and Ben Bracewell(R) for long relief every weekend. I don't want to risk ruining a good thing by throwing a kink into things for the last series, and most important series of the year.

But that's just me.
