About Danny Graves and his comments- what we do with our pitchers isn't conventional. And sometimes when you do something unconventional in baseball it gets questioned.

I don't mind it when we pull a pitcher mid count because if you are a hitter and you have an 0-2 count and you go from seeing Ross and 82-84 to Holder and a nasty curve and 90-91 and you only have one pitch which is now all or nothing- that's tough.
