My thoughts:

While not conclusive, it appears that Jameis, with his leisurely stroll, doesn't realize he is doing anything wrong. My guess is that Jameis has visited this Publix often and had an employee giving him free stuff. Then, for whatever reason, either that employee wasn't there or a person that wasn't in on it, saw Jameis walking out of the store with free crab legs.

Yeah, good call. This is really the only explanation that makes sense. And at this point, better to take a charge for stealing crab legs than potentially lose his heisman and eligibility and contracts down the road.
