NWR vs Desoto Central

I took in the first two innings tonight in Rankin county. It was delayed 40 minutes BC of rain. Jake Mangum was also there watching his buds who play w him during summer. He looks 6-2. Austin Riley stands out BC of his size. 6-2 215 middle LB looking. Cannon arm and he is only a JR! Keegan James got roughed up but he looks the part. 6-2 190? And throws in upper 80's. Brant Blaylock played RF and leads off. He is a scrappy player. I just don't see how they could lose games, powerful lineup. NWR beat them last night, they have momentum and are scrappy.

Well I stood next to him, I am 6-1. He had regular sneakers on. He is as tall as my son who is taller than me.

I'm 100% positive that he is taller than 5'9. John, his dad, is 5'10 and Jake is taller than him- has been for awhile. Anyway, DC up 9-6 heading into the final frame.

Riley is bigger than 215. He's bout 240-245. James absolutely shut them down after the shaky first. Keegan is bout 6'3.

For what it's worth Jake is listed as 5'10" on Preps roster.....
