It's Friday and time to get this started. For an early submission I had a miso terryiayki (sp?) chilean sea bass with a mango sauce at Bonefish tonight. I'm not a big bonefish fan but this was pretty darn good.

I won't be doing any cooking tonight, but last night was:

Redfish on the half shell w/a crawfish etouffe sauce on top. Pretty good.

I'm working in Starkville this weekend, so I'm feeling some BBQ nachos from Pettys here soon. I have to be up early so I've already started drinking- dogfish head 75 minute IPA.. It's good but I'll stick to the 90 Min.

That redfish sounds delicious.. Sometimes I hate being a northern MS kid. It's all catfish and crappie here.

Sipping on a Shock Top while my 16 year old prepares some stuffed squash recipe. All the while having to endure this baseball contest.

Last night fat bone in ribeye with roasted potatoes and the best saut?ed mushrooms ever. Tonight a fish fry.

Went fishing.... caught about a dozen squealers, but it was fun... all on topwater... had fajitas when I got home...
