In Scott Stricklin's "Wednesday Bulldog Update", he shared two e-mails concerning our softball and football teams. I tell you what, we may have some of the most kind-hearted athletes at times.

Just further demonstrates the differences in mentality between the two programs.

Hope we can hold on to Vann. We are a stud pitcher from being a national contender in softball. Wouldn't be surprised if they make the Supers this year.

I appreciate the story about the football team but the story about the softball team is as good as it gets. Makes me even more proud to be a Bulldog.

Silkwood is looking pretty damn good for a freshman. Alison has fallen apart at the end it seems which I hate.

We have two All-Freshmen players on our team...both of them could be very good in MSU history.
