No kidding. I was glad that we were the home team for the Governor's Cup for that reason- they couldn't walk off on us.

Dude, I think it's pretty obvious that I was taking solace in Ole Miss' misery, due to our loss. Of course our self righteous fans are always there to keep us in line.

Had a bear buddy text me after they lost saying he hates how the bears don't care about winning the mid week games, expecially against us and USM. I could not even comment on it.

People say that the midweek games don't really matter, because the regional formats usually let you get away with 3 starting pitchers and sometimes starting your #1 guy twice. I don't buy that. In regionals, unless you sweep it, you're using 4 pitchers. Not to mention that you cannot afford to give up a game, so you will go deep inside your staff no matter what. Even in the Supers and the Ch'ip series.
