Nice grilling there. I've been busy at work to this point this weekend but it clears up this afternoon. Gotta love the grilled corn

Tri tip with blue cheese.
Grilled onions and shitakes in cabernet sauce.

The way I do my corn is 3 ears in a foil with about 2 tbs of butter , garlic powder and pepper... not really what you see in "grilled" corn, but it turns out pretty good..
My son turned me on to a good mushroom prep... melt the remaining stick of butter from the corn and pour over the mushrooms in a bowl with a lid. dash them with Cavender's, lid and shake, repeat.. let cool till the butter "gels" back up before you stick them.. melt in your mouth...

Switching it up a little. I'm normally not a gin guy.
Tanquery gin, sprite zero, squeeze of lime. Pretty good. The lime balances the flavor.

Try this with a splash of Amaretto... you'll like the result... used to be my Dad's favorite
