Indeed. As a Stars fan, the Ducks were such whiny bitches after Monday's game. The last 3 minutes of the game tonight.....WOW. I'd expect to see a whole lot of quick whistles on Friday night. The refs are going to have to try to get control, but I don't know if they'll be able to do it. These two teams just flat hate each other.

Players don't fight in playoff games because nobody wants to miss PT sitting on the bench or in the box.

With 2 minutes left in a 2-goal game, I guess that no longer mattered.

Next game, I would expect no mores fights until the last couple minutes.

Normally I'd agree, but you can see these two teams genuinely dislike each other. This isn't your typical playoff physicality and friction. It runs much deeper. The refs will have their hands full trying to control it on Friday night.
