So will the area next to the new scoreboard be open to walk on? In early renderings it looked like it would have a tailgating vibe but in later renderings it looks closed off.

That's gonna look pretty sweet to have people standing on those concourses. Should add to the atmosphere

If you watch the Atlanta Braves, they have shots of the outfield area showing all those fans on that terrace enjoying a good time. That is what this is supposed to be like I assume.
