I didn't mind so much IF WE WORE WHITE PANTS on the road. As noted in several previous post, I've hated oreo unis since JWS first trotted 'em out in the mid 90s.

They called them "alternate" uniforms to celebrate the 100th anniversary. Apparently it's back to normal after that- though with the great support they've gotten I think we could see them stick around.
They added a logo to the pants that was not present in the "leak".

Also, new baseball unis look SWEET
ETA: not really digging the white hats but the rest looks killer. Can't wait to see these in Omaha.

Agree on the logo on the pants. On the hat, we'll just have to disagree. To me, what you've described sounds awful.

I musth've missed the baseball release of new uniforms. I can't believe we will have white hats. That sucks. Damn, I guess we do not have any kind of tradition. I hate white hats!

Our last deal, which was inked in 2009 was worth $600,000 per year in only gear and equipment. This new deal is worth $2.5 million per year in gear, equipment, and cash. I can't imagine that we are getting that much more gear or equipment, so looks like Adidas is writing us at least a $1.5 million check each year.

Definitely can't hate Adidas with that said. The new unis look pretty sweet too. Good work by Stricklin and co.

On top of the sweet, sweet cash from Adidas, they could not have made a uniform more in tune with what message boards are asking for. Everybody is going to gripe one way or another about little things like shoulder stripes, but this is the consensus uniform.

Great job by the administration on this one.
