I like how everyone is picking us to beat Wahl. That should be a really good game, I was just looking up the stats and Pollo has won both his starts vs. OM and only gave up one run in 10.2 IP last year. Should be a great game. Don't know which two, but I think State takes 2 of 3.

The catch here is the Ole Miss has a lot of trouble with left handed pitchers. As long as Pollo keeps his stuff down, he'll do just fine. Wahl will be equally a challenge for us, but if we get into their pen, our odds go up significantly.

I do agree with this. If we keep it close, we can hit their bullpen. Wahl isn't a graveman or Nola type (complete game pitcher) so I'm not saying we can't win, but it will be tough.

Yep. That's why I like the matchup. He is still capable of beating our lineup bc he's good, but I like this lineup against a power righty....

You lose very little, yet you completely counter any matchup attempts. I'm not a fan of matchup obsession, but I have to admit that since Cohen is...I gotta tip my cap to the way he's built this lineup to be a matchup nightmare for opposing teams.
