Looks like he is skipping the "Grove Bowl" and heading to Starkville this weekend.. That has to sting a bit. I am sure the spin machine is in full force right now..

David Johnson said he will be at the Plantation this weekend. Looks like his spin machine is going to take a hit with this one.

didn't I read awhile back that Peter's said in an interview with someone that his mom's favorite was State?

Until he shows up in Sville don't doubt those mf'ers.

No kidding. We might have another driver that gets lost on the way to Starkville and ends up at the plantation just by chance.

Peters is a huge stud, and by all accounts we lead. If we could get him and Adams to jump in the boat before the season, we could really get the momentum rolling.

I agree... There is probably a dark unmarked SUV on the way to Bassfield as we speak...

I know we will probably have to wait until the summer, but I am ready for one of the big boys to commit. I am talking about Dear, Adams, Lewis, Peters, and Patterson. I feel like when one commits, the rest will follow suit.

Hopefully, Patterson won't be the first then, because he's the only OM lean in the group.

Peters is a pretty grounded family and Mancusso is a guy who won't let his athletes play a lot of games. I wouldn't expect Jamal to manufacture his own drama during this recruiting cycle.

I don't doubt what u said. However, the twins last year managed to commit to them wo their parents knowledge. Too often coaches get to much credit and blame in their players recruitments. And that's not to disagree w anything u said.

I agree with you. I would say that Bobby Hall is an exception rather than the rule. Most coaches just want to see their players be happy and succeed.

I wouldn't say that. He's definitely not a State lean, but Auburn is in it, too. I don't think he's an OM lean at this point.

Time to doubt the OM crew as they have to spin this. PJ reporting Peters is in the Patch.

Safety with the possibility of developing into an OLB.
