Looking at the weather in Baton Rouge for the weeknd

Looks like there is at least a chance to have the whole weekend be a rain out. Good or bad for us? Going down there and somehow winning the series would be huge and be good for our struggling rpi. Going down there and losing the series would hurt. What ya think?

Bad for us because LSU simply isn't very good this year. Would have been a chance for a sweep. I've seen them play live.

Losing on the road doesn't hurt your RPI much, if at all. 1-2 on the road is considered "break even" -- or, technically, 1.3-1.4 according to RPI calculations of win/loss.

We badly need to take 2 games in this series for RPI purposes. We don't have many opportunities on the road -- and it takes twice as many wins and half as many losses to fix it at home.

Updated forecasts make tonight seem like the best/most likely chance for baseball...

All 3 games are supposed to be televised. With the Saturday game being at 630 at night plenty of time to play a double header.

Yep.......the hourly forecast shows a 0% chance of rain through 10:00 tonight. It is showing a 60% chance during game time for tomorrow night.

It was CSS tonight, ESPNU on Saturday night and CST (Cox Sports Television) on Sunday. So Directv will be 1 for 3 on broadcasts if all games are played.
