Why would Quay Evans still be on campus and going to classes here? I thought if he would have transferred, he would've done so as soon as he signed his NLI with West Georgia. Yet he is still on campus, going to classes as of today. I just find it weird.

may have to get his GPA up, finish a class , or something. there's 1000 reasons but it is weird.

He's probably finishing out this semester here since he has classes. He will probably leave as soon as the semester ends.
