I agree with sitting Vickerson, but you've lost it if you think Armstrong should lead off. Armstrong is not a good hitter. Don't let one 2 hit performance skew things.

I'm not bitching about Cohen as our coach. I think he is a great coach and I am extremely glad that he is our coach. I question certain moves he makes, but he is still a great coach. Unlike you, I'm able to also see that our players (highly recruited players) have got to make plays and hit the damn ball. That's not all on Cohen. He has proven he can coach and he can teach hitting....so it's time for these guys to get their heads out of their asses and hit the ball like they showed they could last year.

Where we're different, is that you act like Cohen is a terrible coach, that he can't recruit, and that we should be looking to replace him. That is just stupid....and it's why you get called out. What's funny is you trying to play the victim by saying you get "attacked"...now THAT is funny.

He hit two batters who scored. He didn't locate well and he completely focused on the runners on base and allowed Arkansas to rattle him. He didn't do poorly but those four runs were mostly on him.

But here's how I feel about C: If you want to bat sub-.200 and play, you better be the ****ing Yadi Molina of college catchers defensively. Randy isn't. So it's in our best interest to trade what's relatively a wash on D for better offense in Collins. He should catch 2 of 3 every weekend. I don't care if it's Randy or Walker as the other catcher, they both suck. Being Cohen's Boy apparently earns you unlimited PT, though.

I thought I did a pretty decent job for game 1 giving play by play. I don't think I deserved Butcher Shop's bull shit critique. Hey the only thing that sucked about my play by play the first game is that we lost and on that note I will not do it again but that shot was completely an unfair critique.

I don't get some people. I called for Detz to DH. He had an RBI the second game. Armstrong had a 6-8 day and more then me wanted him to hit first? Brown didn't have his best day and gave up 4 runs in the first game. Sure, I had negative connotations on certain things but I am a State fan and want us to win. I am just curious what I stated in either thread that was so massively incorrect? Please tell me Butcher Shop...
