So I have tried everything to get this thing to work. I restored the in app purchase but when I click to watch it tells me I need to buy the in app purchase. I have already paid that $4.99 to watch so I don't know what's going on.

Who do we contact for support?

You should be able to click on support or contact us and send a question. They respond within 24 hours. I had the same issue and they were able to fix it. Something was wrong with my account and they got it worked out.
