It takes Detz out of the DH role as well. I would say it is a very curious move. He is also batting him 8th so that does not translate to him being one of our best hitters as of late.

Collins had our only 2 hits Sunday until the 8th inning and came off the bench Tuesday and got a hit. He's swinging it well lately. Cohen batting him 8th is Cohen being Cohen

goes with the hot hand, even if it's a full week later. Plus, Detz can't hit his way outta a wet paper sack right now. I'd rather have Collins there DH versus Hahn.
