Oh hell no. I totally agree. Collins needs to get more PT, or at the very least Randolph needs to get less. I just don't really talk about personnel changes during the game, like right before an at bat, unless something situational comes up late game and we need to make a substitution. Just helps me stay completely objective during a game so I'm not emotionally making decisions on whether or not someone should or shouldn't be in. But I think we can agree Collins is the better all around catcher.

I understand freshman and you want to give him time, but when your catcher is hitting at a .200 clip, it's kind of hard to argue anything in his favor other than he handles the staff better. If that's the case, it's tough to argue with him staying in for 2 games each weekend.

Cohen always seems to have at least one player who's "his boy" that plays a ton ahead of someone who's clearly better. Apparently that's going to be Randolph the next 2 seasons.

oh I agree. not to mention Collins has one of the quickest releases ive ever seen. it's sick... but Randolph does do a good job of handling the staff..

Rea still has a lot of work to do at the plate. He leaves himself susceptible to late count off speed because he can't get on top of early count fastballs that he swings at. Any pitcher that throws him anything but offspeed late in the count hasn't done their homework.
