David Murray just tweeted that Arrington may not be available this season due to hamstring issue. Shirley that's not the case? Did his hamstring fall off?

If that's legitimately the case, I have to believe his career is pretty close to over...

Then again, he could probably get a 6th yr if he so chose...

ETA: Mullen saying his career may be done per Paul Jones...

The scholarship situation that people were speaking of earlier always works itself out!

That has to be a major, major hamstring injury.

That really sucks, he was playing great at the beginning of last season.

I think the hamstring issue was so severe it turned into a pretty major lower back issue

I have to think Mullen would still keep him on schollie if the guy wants to graduate ... especially if we already have the depth

Not exactly.

He'd go onto medical scholarship -- where he gets to go to school for free but doesn't count against the 85. That's how the Nick Saban "process" works at Alabama...

I would think that he would just be moved to a medical scholarship.

thanks ... I didn't realize that it wouldn't count against the overall

Mullen will take care of him.
