Disagree. I think it is a good move. Should be interesting how he does. I think Fitts should start the second game. Mitchell can eat a ton of innings and basically save our bullpen. Now the big thing will be can we score more then one freaking run!

I wouldn't call this a desperate move, I call it a move that gives us a chance to win! Cohen needs to start his best pitchers regardless of their role. Up next may be Holder, who knows as this team has been way over rated and looks to be in a rebuilding mode. We lost some very good players from last year, hopefully we can steady the ship somewhat for the rest of the year but it does look like a pretty bad year!

He may pitch well and it may be a good move, but before the season,all we heard was how great our pitching was supposed to be.

Holder needs to develop a third pitch to become a starter. If he could develop a good change to go along with his fastball and his 12/6 curve ball, he would be a viable option there.

I just can't believe we lost to a team that got beat by 12 runs to Georgia Southern and lost to Georgia State and Kennesaw State and we lost 7-1. That to me is mind boggling and tells me all I need to know about our team. If we have any leadership whatsoever, we should sweep and blow out both games in the double header today. That game last night should be a wake up call to our seniors to whip our guys into shape. Cohen can't do it himself. There has to be a certain pride factor with our players. I refuse to believe we are just this bad.

I agree Marketing, I also don't understand some of the negative remarks about Cohen, like you said, the players need to step up and we need some leadership from some of them.
