If its been mentioned I haven't seen it but OM is pretty good on the diamond this yr. They beat USCE tonight at Columbia. The cocks 1st loss. I personally see OM as us next yr. if you remember everyone counted them out last yr as falling but they had a ton of young talent. Guess who looks like that this yr? I hate comparing us to them but I see them as a yr ahead of us currently.

Both of those teams looked much more physical than our team. But usce lost because of their coach. He left his starter in against OM hottest hitter and he hit a grand slam. Poor decision.

Yeah I was hesitant on joining this site because of that. This place is worse than rivals. If you can sift through all the crap you can find a couple of nuggets of good info.

Too soon to know, but realize this - If you throw out the games MSU & OM have played versus .500 & below record teams, we are 9-6 and they are 9-3.

4 of our wins are over teams that are at least 4 games over .500. Only 1 of theirs is.

Looking at the early RPI reports the thing that is propping Ole Miss up right now is their sweep over.....wait for it.....Arkansas-Little Rock.

The thing that is hurting us the most according to Warren Nolan was not losing to Holy Cross- but losing to Arizona on the road. Go figure.

And yes, it's early and blah, blah, blah.

But looking at the early returns, doing well against Vanderbilt would help us out a lot.
