With the 8th pick of the draft the Minnesota Vikings select Outside linebacker Anthony Barr of UCLA.

After much discussion within the Vikings front office. We have decided Matt Cassell is our qb and the talent is in place on the offensive side of the ball to be successful.

9th pick - Buffalo Bills select Taylor Lewan, OT Michigan.
Better protection for EJ Manuel, as Erik Pears/ Chris Hairston just aren't getting it done.

Tough not to take OLB Khalil Mack...

This is a tough decision for me as the GM. I've got to make this decision on my own. My assistant GM, Cledus Snow, is outside walking his dog, Fred. My coach, Tom Coughlin, has run down to the local choke and puke to get a diablo sandwich and a Dr. Pepper. That leaves me as the sole decision maker. I've thought of picking a QB. Eli Manning is our current QB, and dealing with him and his daddy is difficult. Those two remind me of another father/son tandem that I once ran afoul of. Buford T. Justice and Junior once chased me clear from Texas to Georgia, and the Manning pair is a lot like them, just not quite as smart as the Justices. I thought I had Eli traded to a division rival in exchange for two cheerleaders. One was a brunette that looked like Sally Field and the other was a blond that looked like Loni Anderson. I was going to get rid of one big ****** in exchange for two neatly trimmed ones. Roger Goodell vetoed the trade however.

Therefore, I will address many of our other needs, such as corner. My choice is Justin Gilbert, Cornerback from Oklahoma State.

The Steelers use the 15th pick to select Louis Nix III, DT, Notre Dame

Their D needs help at every level so we'll start up front and work our way back. It was hard not to pull the trigger on a FS or CB but with Dix and Gilbert off the board we'll go with what we consider the best NT available in the draft.

Coach34

02-28-2014, 03:58 PM
with the 17th pick in the elitedawgs mocumentary NFL draft, the Baltimore Ravens select:

Kelvin Benjamin, WR, Florida State

"We're glad we finally found a guy who can correct our dumbshit move of letting our only big bodies WR go. We overestimated Marlon Brown's ability but we're sure this guy is going to give us a big threat down the field. He, Pitta, and Rice will provide Joe the weapons he needs to compete for the AFC championship. In addition to Kelvin's ability to provide a big body down the field, we think he'll help out tremendously in the run game and allow us to go big even with WRs on the field. His ability to slide inside and act as a TE was too attractive to pass up. He'll help us in every phase of the game. We'll fix our shitty offensive line in free agency or the 2nd round."

Just about two hours ago I was in New York City working for the NY Giants. My pick was so exceptional that Miami hired me to run their draft. They offered to send a private plan to pick me up, but I decided to drive. I hopped in my black trans-am, and hot-footed down to Miami. Only took about 2 hours, and I left a trail of torn-up smokeys and county mounties up and down the east coast.

This organization has been in shambles ever since Little Enos Burdette was the coach. He chose to sign free agent QB Daunte Culpepper over Drew Brees. Brees then went to New Orleans and the rest is history. Little Enos later left to go coach in college at Alabama, and I've got to pick up the pieces and rebuild this organization. Our O-Line is in shambles, so my choice is Zach Martin from Notre Dame. He can play guard or tackle.

The Chargers are shocked and thrilled to see Anthony Barr, OLB, UCLA sitting here this late and snatch him without any hesitation. It would've been nice to address a need in the secondary but we simply can't pass up a top 12 talent and the pass rushing ability Barr brings off the edge.

With the 28th Pick in the 2014 EliteDawgs NFL Draft, the Carolina Panthers select Brandin Cooks, WR, Oregon State.

When asked about this pick, GM WMD said: "We needed some more weapons to go around our QB in Cam Newton. Cooks gives us legit 4.3 speed on the outside that will allow us to vertically stretch the field, and will help take some of the pressure off Steve Smith."
