Started this thread a day early. Tonight I cooked steak, salad, tater, saut?ed onion $ mushroom. More to come this weekend...

Nothing wrong with that. Got some deer & elk strap for tonight. I'll add pics once the fun begins.

porterhouse and a dark & stormy night. if you like a refreshing cocktail every once in while rather than a bourbon or scotch, I'd suggest a dark and stormy.
