Sometimes you just have to do the right thing as a coach- regardless of your circumstances. Ray will be rewarded next year when he has a full team.

Let me also add- Borchert couldnt play D tonight- so Ray just sat his ass most of the last 10 minutes.

I thought Moore played pretty well vs the Piggies. 5 pts 4 boards in 17 min. He at least has some size over Davis. Davis doesn't offer much.

Ray's just been terribly inconsistent with his rotation. One game Bear gets 17 minutes than back to back DNP CD, Cunningham gets 15 one game then zero the next, Moore gets zero then 17, Ready starts then never comes back, Bloodman gets hurt and then leads the team in minutes tonight with 36. I'd like to see Ray do a better job managing the minutes and subs. This is where I think Ray is the weakest. Not recruiting, not X's and O's but here. Managing his rotation and his roster.

No, don't think I complained, I've actually been with 61 wanting 13 to get some of his minutes.
