I'm very up set with HStv at the moment. I was able to watch all opening weekend games, however, the Memphis game and now I can't get it to show up. I click on the camera icon to watch the game and it says that I need a subscription to view. I emailed the I.T. department and got no help. Anyone know what I may need to do to watch baseball games?

You will have to sign up with HailState and pay the fee of $100 in round numbers....IMO it is worth it....get great streaming picture and sound....

O.K. don't think I made it clear, I am already signed up and have already payed, I have for the past three years. I was able to sign in and watch all of opening weekend, but unable to watch the mid week game and todays game.

Email the software people/app people. I had too many devices linked to my account. They unlinked my devices and I was good to go. Took them about 3 days to resolve the issue. What device are you trying to watch on?

Well, I think I got the problem resolved. They did not automatically renew my account.

Dont have the service, but thought I saw the Memphis game was not on tv

I am having troubles too. I have the game on Apple TV and every 2 minutes it cuts the game off and I am back to the home screen.
Any advice? Is this a Hailstate issue ?

MSU ought to be ashamed for how bad the interface of the hailstate app is. It's shitty.

Watching on MacBook, no issues for me
Other than audio is crappy

Not sure. The app for a phone or tablet is different than what you use on your computer. It's just a poor design.

I would close out the app. Force close it. Restart the ipad. If the issue continues, delete the app and re-download it. There will be no additional charge. You will have to sign back in. See if that helps.
