I think Croom Diaries tweeted and said the Whistle Blower dude emailed him again and said it would hit this afternoon, but I forget the specific times. Between 2:30-4:00.

I just read through that original email again (I'm bored), and it just seems to have too much detail and imagination to be one of their usual trolls that comes on here and posts stupid introductory posts. Whoever wrote it has really good imagination and pays great attention to detail. Should consider writing a novel.
